Purchasing designs from GS UK LTD entitles you to use these designs for the purpose of embroidery for your use. You may not lend, lease, rent, sub-license or otherwise distribute in any shape or form the designs, including free designs, or any portion of the designs to another website or advertising media.
The designs are supplied in response to the order specifications and without any expressed or implied warranties whatsoever. No liability is undertaken for garments as it is understood, as a condition of use, that all designs will be suitably tested before being used on finished garments. No liability is accepted for damage to any finished garments.
Because of the diversity of hardware conditions under which these designs may be used, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.
Refunds Policy
GS UK LTD will remake the designs for any issue deemed to be our mistake. For example missing or misspelt sections of the design, incorrect colour changes or production of the design at an incorrect size.
If the design is produced as requested by the customers initial order, we will not offer any refund, therefore it is vital you ensure your order is placed correctly.
