Peel off the protective backing.
Please be careful not to tear the
whole backing away from the
badge.


Store any unused badges in an
airtight container.

Preheat the garment to remove any moisture.
Place your badge in the required position on your garment.


If your garment has plackets or zips put a suitable flat item (i.e. platen) under the garment beneath the badge to help raise it above these items to avoid any melting or marking and increase the pressure to the badge itself.

Apply the heat to the badge for 15 seconds at 145°c - 165°c.


Heat applied badges are ideal for use with heat presses or cap presses.


Settings may vary depending on base fabric
(& age of heat press) - Badges
should be tested before bulk badges are applied.


Please allow badge to cool before testing adhesion to allow glue to harden.
All badges are washable to 40°c - DO NOT BOIL WASH
