To ensure that you can use
our Stock Designs downloaded from our website please
download the Test File first.
Please click TEST
to receive the Test.dst & Test.jpeg files in “zipped”
format (click here to go to Winzip.com
to download the program that will enable you to “unzip”
the designs (other "unzipping" programs are
availiable also), the files have to be zipped as some
browsers will not download certain files mistakenly
believing them to be suspect ( i.e. a possible Virus)
Your PC should now take over and start
to automatically receive the file, you may be asked
if you want to save the file to disk or open from the
current location, we advise to save to disk.
This file will be called Test.zip
and will be saved on you hard drive, you should be prompted
to choose where you wish the file to be stored if not
and you are unable to find it, you can search for Test.zip
on you hard drive (if you are using Windows, click on
the start button choose find and click on files or folders
then type test.zip in the box called “named”
then make sure that the look in box is searching the
whole computer (not just a specific folder) click on
browse and then after a short while the window should
display where the file will be found.
Once you have located the Test.zip
file double click on it and you will see two files displayed.
Test.dst can be extracted to a folder
or written to a tajima/dst formatted disk
Test.jpeg can be extracted to a folder or you may click
using you right mouse button see the options then view
the file in explorer and print from there.
Please refer to your software manuals
or online help for details on using dst or Tajima files.

Choose the categories you wish to browse then select
"add to basket" under the image of the design
wanted ( this will remain until you close the browser
so you can go to other categories and keep choosing)
then when finished choosing look at the top of the page
you will see your items listed.
Next Click on "Go to checkout"
Fill in your details, then once completed you will receive
an email with a link to follow, also on this email is
a password that will be asked for along with your email
address that you gave when ordering the design ( it
is important that the info entered is the same as it
is on the original email i.e. take note if it is upper
or lower case)
Then you will be taken to a "download page"
where you can click on the link and the design will
be saved on your computer in a zip format in a folder
of your choice.
Please note that you will need an unzipping program
to access the design once downloaded
